Refund Information

Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded as these are products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly; and as sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;

At the time of receipt of the “Order by the Company, this will be considered a contractual purchase proposal by the User and, therefore, the User cannot modify or withdraw from the” Order and is not entitled to any refund.

The User expressly acknowledges that there is no obligation or assurance, however, regarding the fact that the Company will be able to accept the User’s requests for modification or withdrawal.

In case of a refund, this will be done using the same payment method used by the Customer for the Order, unless they have expressly requested a different method. The refund will be made within 10 working days from the acceptance of the refund by the Company.
