Magnatera is the gluten-free pasta brand from Pastificio Pangea dedicated to the end consumer.
We created it by experimenting with various blends, resulting in unique gluten-free pasta recipes that ensure quality, enjoyment, and excellent cooking performance.
We serve consumers directly with Magnatera brand specialties, offering pasta made from naturally fragrant flours, flavorful and colorful doughs, bringing back the taste of traditional, wholesome, and delicious foods.
We do not use additives, sugars, emulsifiers, or colorants. We use only non-genetically modified (GMO) flours, organic and of clear origin. The flours and ingredients we use can be conventional or organic. This is how gluten-free pasta is created, suitable for celiacs, people sensitive to gluten, those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, and people seeking new dietary styles focused on wellness and health.
Magnatera gluten-free pasta represents the evolution of the original gluten-free pasta, as it combines its flours (corn, rice, buckwheat, quinoa…) with other ingredients of great nutritional value such as whole grains, legume flours, spices, algae, essential oils, and other ingredients.
